COVID-19 Information

We are excited to have in-studio classes returning July 6th!

To prepare for class, please read our new guidelines for practicing during the COVID-19 outbreak.

•If you have any symptoms such as a cough, fever, or runny nose, please do not visit the studio. View your reserved classes to cancel your pre-registered visits. If you are awaiting test results or have tested positive for COVID-19, do not visit the studio.
•You must pre-register for class online before arriving at the studio 15 minutes prior to class. Late cancel fee of $15 for class cancellations 4 hours or less prior to class starting.
•We are unable to provide mat and towel service at this time.Please make sure to bring your own mat, towel, and water.
•Access to the change rooms will be limited. Please arrive dressed in your yoga clothes.
•Enter one by one, follow the markers and we will guide you. Practice safe distancing. Remain 2 metres apart from others at all times.
•When you arrive, we will assign you a cubby space for your personal belongings; however, changeroom space is limited and we ask you to please arrive ready.
•Personal lockers are available with limited use. If possible, please keep personal belongings in your car or at home.
•Once in the room, go directly to your mat. Place your mat on a marked space and do not move it once you’ve set up.
•Please enter the yoga room once only during your visit and minimize moving around the studio space.
•After class you will be asked to leave promptly so that our staff has plenty of time to clean and sanitize the studio and changeroooms before the next class.
•Showers are available but would ask that you avoid using them when possible and maintain physical distancing while in changerooms.

Yoga is NOT just for the fantastically flexible. In fact, if you are not flexible, if you cannot touch your toes, or perhaps cannot even see your toes, you are a perfect candidate for the benefits of yoga.
Feeling nervous, scared, or a little intimidated by the demands of Bikram Yoga? No problem! During class nobody will look at you or judge you. The teacher will guide you and instruct you. No need to feel self conscious. It’s helpful to realize that people’s focus is on themselves, they are working too hard to even notice you. Bikram designed this class for beginners, so with a little practice, you will soon feel right at home.
